Resources for historical data

Hello,

I'm a new to Quanlib and was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a service
for historical stock/option data.  I'm currently using an application I quote in Java to store data from
Yahoo in CVS format, but I'm getting my IP addressed blocked due to the amount of data I'm downloading. Are there any knows ways to use utilize streaming quote services from Ameritrade or ETrade?

Any suggestions about services or methods to use?
