ok, this seems a final argument: I've put back all evolver files in
the plain evolver folder.
I've also renamed classes and files using the pattern Normal/LogNormal
+ FwdRate/CotSwapRate/CmSwapRate + Pc/Ipc/Euler + _/Constrained
