Could you put a copy of "Implementing QuantLib" in SVN or QuantLib page so more people is able to get it? I believe you prefer your site but you are missing lot of readers (1billion potential readers ).

I'm not sure.  As it's not open (it's licensed under a Creative Commons
license, but doesn't allow modifications) I very much doubt that it can
be hosted on Sourceforge.  I think the same goes for github, as putting
stuff there implies giving a permission to fork.

If anybody has suggestions about other places to host the thing, please
go ahead.
