where is the root of 3.0.6 branch in cvs?

Jeff Yu-3

Please help, I can’t find the root of 3.0.6 in the cvs.  Because I can’t compile the current snapshot, I’d like to start from the stable, known working copy,

Which is 3.0.6.  of course I can use the exe to do that, but I’d like to overlay the latest code from the cvs ….

Has the root-of-3.0.6 been removed by mistake?

How can I compile the current snapshot without having to merge with a previous known working version?  I operate in XP/VC6 environment with boost-1.31 installed.

Thanks,

Jeff,
0.3.6 didn't have its own branch as it was a bug-fix on 0.3.5.
You can retrieve it by doing

cvs update -r R000305f0-branch

Later,

Luigi already told you about R000305f0-branch being the branch for 0.3.6 too.

Let me add that while the current trunk snapshot is unstable (at least for
the next few days) using the 0.3.7 branch might be wiser
(R000307f0-branch), since we are going to release 0.3.7 in a few days and
it can be considered stable.
